I have been dealing with Key West for quite a few years for both purchasing and servicing of my FORD cars. I have always found them to be sincere, helpful and easy to deal with for my purchases and listen to what you are asking for. As far as servicing, they are honest and go the extra to make sure you are happy.
Key West Ford
We went to Key West because they had an excellent selection of pre-owned Ford Flex's in stock. We were coming in from out of town to make the purchase, so arranging to have the vehicle available for test drives, getting some service work done prior to taking possession, and then getting the vehicle to us in Kelowna required some coordination. Overall, there were a lot of moving parts to this deal, but Colton the service rep handled everything smoothly and got us into our new car. We're very happy with our new car and with all aspects of our experience at Key West.
I recently needed a new vehicle and had a wonderful experience last time I bought new vehicle at key west ford so once again I go and visit the wonderful people at key west , and sure enough they go above and beyond to help me into another vehicle. I recommend visit key west ford if looking for a vehicle , I’m a customer for life won’t go anywhere else.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. They truly know how to treat people. Robert made me feel welcome and I will recommend Key West to my family and friends
My search for a family SUV
Having worked in the service industry myself for over 15 years I appreciate good customer service when I see it.
My experience with the team at Key West Ford was exceptional.
From Yashar in the service department to Rob Vanoverschot and Mike Nokes in the sales office the experience was always friendly, professional and most importantly one where I felt my family's needs were of the highest priority.
We test drove many SUV's of different makes and models and our final decision was unanimous. The Ford Explorer Sport ticked all the boxes for us and more with the quality of the drive, tech package, moon roof and mid console and captain's seats for the kids. A gorgeous vehicle and one we can't wait to drive and take on many long family road trips!
Thank you Key West Ford, you guys are awesome!
Jag Dhillon was very willing to work out a deal with us and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. Definitely recommend Jag and Key West Ford.
Thank you for your help
We just purchased a car from Peter Olson and it was great shopping experience with him. Peter was very knowledgeable about cars, and introduced a lot of detailed features to us. During the price negotiation, we didn't feel push, he worked hard to get the best price for us. Highly recommend to buy a car with him.

Buying used Truck
We found Allan and Ivan very helpful and genuine sales people to deal with. Knowledgeable about a truck that was not their brand. Allan let us have as much time as we wanted to check the vehicle out and test drive.
When it came to setting a price we could live with, they never dismissed or misled us but worked with us to find a happy medium we could all live with. We offered a price $2300 below asking as the truck had been on the lot for a while. They came back with a price that was very close and agreeable. Nick then took over the financial arrangements and we are very happy as he helped us to make the deal as painless as possible.
Overall, it was a great experience. No pushiness or slick talk. We felt that everyone was honest and helpful in explaining everything to us and helping us. We felt they were on our side trying to make this deal happen - and it did.
P & W
We went to key west to trade in our car. We didn’t know what to expect. The staff made it a positive experience. We are now enjoying our new 2018 Ford Escape Titanium.
We wrap up our consumer reviews this week with “MikesCarInfo” and his tour of the incredible 2016 F-150 King Ranch pickup. The Big Blue Oval put everything they had into the design of this truck, gifting would-be owners massive power and immense utility. This machine gets things done!
Let’s start with what’s under the hood of this titan of the road. The beastly 5.0L V8 will rocket you along the streets of Renton, Bellevue, and Seattle as a function of its power generation. It produces 385 HP and 387 lb.-ft. of torque, which in turn is instrumental in enabling a max towing capacity of 10,400 pounds. And let’s not forget this is all paired with a familiar six-speed automatic transmission that makes operation a complete breeze.
Ford understands that these days, a pickup is rarely any good if it can’t double as a daily driver. It’s more than a workhorse—it needs to be comfortable. Fortunately, the 2016 F-150 King Ranch is. Its wheelbase of 157” and height of 77.3” yields plenty of passenger space. Rear head and legroom are 40.4” and 43.6”, respectively, while in the front it is 40.8” and 43.9.” You’ll be able to easily stretch out!
Get ready for a wicked ride, Seattle! The 2016 Ford Mustang GT is everything you’ve come to expect from the pony car—it’s fast, it’s nimble, and oh yeah, did we mention it’s FAST? (Really, we can’t repeat that enough.) “AutoVlog” has the full word below in their video review.
The 2016 Ford Mustang GT is propelled down the road thanks to a 5.0L V8 “Coyote” motor. This engine launches the pony car as if it’s being shot out of a cannon, generating a massive 435 horses and 400 lb.-ft. of torque. To put this into perspective, that means you’ll be going 0 to 60 MPH in just 4.4 seconds. That’s correct—a sub-5-second time! However, fuel efficiency is still present. You’ll experience an average highway MPG of 25.
Also, it’s important to note that the 2016 Mustang was the first in full production to introduce independent rear suspension (IRS) as opposed to the traditional live rear axle arrangement. The result is that this coupe can handle the corners just as well as it does a straight line. And when you are absolutely flooring it, you have the peace of mind that six-piston brakes bring. Stopping power is incredible!
Hello, Seattle! If you’re looking for a new, gently used ride, “Everyman Driver” below has some scintillating specs related to the 2014 Fusion SE. Ford rethought the sedan with this one, designing a vehicle that’s outfitted with magnificent convenience features that will make your daily drives more enjoyable and safer.
The 2014 Ford Fusion SE is packed with technology and smart inclusions. The center touch screen within the cabin offers a rearview camera. This gives a look at what’s currently behind your SUV but also offers two digital lines which project where your ride is headed in relation to how you’re currently steering the wheel. Cool, right? Additionally, the speedometer is flanked on either side by dual screens that provide a readout of pertinent specs and details. These include your navigation controls, fuel range, average MPG, and more.
The steering wheel on this Fusion SE is both tilting and telescoping, letting you place it in whatever position is optimal. Further, the front driver’s seat is 10-way power adjustable. This enables you to sink into the perfect spot for those long drives outside of Seattle, Renton, and Bellevue.
Consumers have been crazy over the Escape since its inception, and YouTube reviewer “theMediaMart” is no exception. Considering himself an “average guy,” he took the 2012 XLS model for a spin and came away suitably impressed by its commitment to sterling performance and expansive cargo room.
Ford’s Escape XLS is roomier than you might expect to see in a compact crossover. Don’t doubt your ability to stock a whole heap of groceries, luggage, or whatever else you may need into this vehicle. It delivers a total of 67 cubic feet of cargo space when you fold the rear row of seats down, which is more than enough for the average family looking to take a road trip.
The 2.5L four-cylinder motor on this performer is also worth writing home about. It provides 171 HP and 171-lb.-ft. of torque while also delivering a max towing capacity of as much as 3,500 pounds. This is mated to a five-speed manual transmission that gives you complete control, supplying the unique thrill of stick shifting every time you take this auto out of the garage.

The focal point of nearly every 2016 Ford Focus consumer review we’ve seen is that, for a compact, it’s really entertaining to get in and drive. We noticed that statements confirm this over and over again … and it didn’t matter whether the car came with the 2.0L Ti-VCT I-4 direct-injection and 6-Speed automatic or configured with the 1.6L Ti-VCT I-4 and 5-Speed manual transmission.
Car and Driver called the Focus lithe, with spry handling and one Youtuber’s described his driving experience as, ‘devilishly quick to react and turn’. Another stated that the accurate steering makes it quite involving and fun to operate.
A lot of this probably has to do with the impressive standard features. Independent front and rear suspension that are each equipped with an anti-roll bar allow the Focus to really lean into its turns. The fast and responsive feel is because of the power-assisted rack and pinion steering, which is known for having less backlash and better feedback than recirculating ball systems.
The verdict is in: the 2016 Focus is engaging and very pleasing to take out to the streets. Stop by Sound Ford to test drive one today.
