The next generation of performance is coming - with Ford readying the Seattle market for its latest Edge. The stage is set and soon the curtain will be pulled away, revealing the 2019 Titanium Elite.
Prepare yourself for a new kind of crossover.
According to The NY Daily News, the Big Blue Oval will soon bring its 2019 Edge Titanium Elite to Seattle. This platform - created to accommodate a growing crossover demand, with this segment composing more than half of Ford’s sales - will prove a powerhouse on the highway. Beneath its hood will growl a 2.0L four-cylinder engine, promising 250 HP. A six-speed manual transmission will ensure deft handling, while an available all-wheel-drive will enhance performance (blending electronic stability control with ABS braking to promote sharp cornering).
The 2019 Titanium Elite offers more than mere power, however. Instead Ford will pair this platform with a sleek fascia. It will rest on 20-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, while skid plates will flank both the front and the rear. Beefy body-colored cladding will also line the sides, emphasizing the new profile (which should provide up to two inches of extra length).
The new Edge will offer drivers a robust option for work or play - and we know this platform will soon roar up the charts. To learn more contact us today!
