Characterized by its variety of smart technology, the all-new Ford Expedition made its recent debut to the delight of SUV drivers. Integration of smart technology ensures that every passenger is able to stay connected on-the-go, while drivers will notice an upgrade in engine power and towing capacity.
“When Expedition was introduced 20 years ago, it set the standard for active families who simply needed a big and strong SUV to take them places,” Joe Hinrichs, Ford's president of The Americas, said. “Today’s families want even more smart technology to help them cover more ground safely, more efficiently and more comfortably – all while staying connected to friends and family.”
Compared to any other full-size SUV on the market, the new Expedition provides over 40 features and a considerably greater number of driver-assist technology options, such as 360-degree camera capabilities and an updated active park assist exclusive to its class.
Safety is the name of the game with the new Expedition, which is why it also offers lane-keeping aid, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, and a Blind Spot Information System. The complementary features, which integrate radar and camera technology, help keep drivers from drifting and getting too close for comfort to other vehicles or people on the road.
